We specialize in serving neurodivergent learners, particularly students with ADHD, autism, and other learning differences. Our program is designed to affirm, support, and empower children with unique learning styles.

NeuroCatalyst Academy operates Monday through Thursday, offering flexible enrollment to meet your family’s needs:

• Full-Time Schedule:
  9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (includes both academic and enrichment blocks)

• Part-Time Options:
  • Academic Mornings: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Enrichment Afternoons: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Yes! At NeuroCatalyst Academy, enrichment is a core part of our program. Students participate in hands-on activities like STEM projects, art, movement, social-emotional learning, and maker labs during our Enrichment Block (12:00 PM – 2:30 PM).

We also take monthly field trips designed to connect classroom learning to the real world. These experiences are culturally relevant, interactive, and help students build confidence and curiosity beyond the classroom.

Our curriculum is hands-on, interactive, and subject-based, with a strong focus on:

• Social-emotional learning

• Project-based exploration

• PE and Technology We tailor our approach to support engaged, meaningful learning for neurodivergent minds.

Our annual tuition depends on the program (Sept–June school year):

• Full-Time (In-Person, 9–2:30): $10,000/year (or $1,000/mo on a 10-month plan)

• Academic (9–12): $5,500/year (or $550/mo)

• Enrichment (12–2:30): $3,600/year (or $360/mo)

• Full-Time Online: $8,500/year (or $850/mo)

• Self-Paced (Homeschool Package): $3,000/year (or $300/mo)

• Hybrid/Customized: $9,000/year (or $900/mo)

Billing options:

• ESA families: billed quarterly (4 equal invoices).

• Private-pay families: pay annually in full or set up a 10-month monthly payment plan (Sept–June).

• Five-tier scholarships available (limited seats).

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for private pay families. Tuition can be divided into 10- or 12-month installments, depending on what works best for your budget.

Families using ESA funds are billed on a quarterly basis and can submit invoices through ClassWallet under NeuroCatalyst Academy LLC.

Absolutely! We are an approved provider for Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA). Most families with neurodivergent learners qualify for full tuition coverage through ESA.

Yes — we do offer scholarships!
Scholarships are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis and determined by family needs. We also accept all state-funded scholarships, including ESA (Empowerment Scholarship Account), and can assist families with the application and billing process.

Scholarships may apply toward full-time, hybrid, part-time, or online programs, depending on available seats. Because funding and seats are limited, we encourage early application to secure your spot.
