We specialize in serving neurodivergent learners, particularly students with ADHD, autism, and other learning differences. Our program is designed to affirm, support, and empower children with unique learning styles.

NeuroCatalyst Academy operates Monday through Thursday, offering flexible enrollment to meet your family’s needs:

• Full-Time Schedule:
  9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (includes both academic and enrichment blocks)

• Part-Time Options:
  • Academic Mornings: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Enrichment Afternoons: 12:30 PM – 2:30 PM

Yes! At NeuroCatalyst Academy, enrichment is a core part of our program. Students participate in hands-on activities like STEM projects, art, movement, social-emotional learning, and maker labs during our Enrichment Block (12:30 PM – 2:30 PM).

We also take monthly field trips designed to connect classroom learning to the real world. These experiences are culturally relevant, interactive, and help students build confidence and curiosity beyond the classroom.

Our curriculum is hands-on, interactive, and subject-based, with a strong focus on:

• PE and Technology We tailor our approach to support engaged, meaningful learning for neurodivergent minds.

Our annual tuition is based on your child’s enrollment option:

• Full-Time (9AM–2:30PM): $12,000/year

• Academic Mornings (9AM–12PM): $7,200/year

• Enrichment Afternoons (12:30PM–2:30PM): $4,800/year

We bill quarterly for families using ESA funds. Private pay families have the option to pay annually or set up a monthly payment plan.

Yes! We offer flexible payment plans for private pay families. Tuition can be divided into 10- or 12-month installments, depending on what works best for your budget.

Families using ESA funds are billed on a quarterly basis and can submit invoices through ClassWallet under NeuroCatalyst Academy LLC.

Absolutely! We are an approved provider for Arizona’s Empowerment Scholarship Account (ESA). Most families with neurodivergent learners qualify for full tuition coverage through ESA.

We do not offer private scholarships at this time, but we accept all state-funded scholarships and help families navigate ESA for full or partial tuition coverage.
